1. Where my items will be shipped from?

You goods shipped from our main location in Boise, Idaho. Occasionally, All items are sent directly from the factory. so you will find the price is cheap than others.

2. Visa and Mastercard are accepted now, you also can choose Western Union payment.


3. How can I know the shipping cost to my address?

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed upon checkout and are automatically added to the order total.


4. Are there any additional charges, duties or taxes?


International orders are not subject to any tax, but may incur an import duty. For information, please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and is the responsibility of each individual customer.


5. How long will shipping take?


Your GOODS will take approximately 5-15 business days to arrive after YOU finsh the payment. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days to process and ship out your order.


6. How can I get the Discount Coupons and use them?

If you want buy more than 1 items, You can contact us to get a small sum Discount Coupons, The coupons can only be used before the expiry date. This rule is valid after your first order without returning or exchange.


7. Can I change or cancel my order after order has been placed?


Please contact with us in 24 hours when you pay us if you want to cancel or change order. We are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case. We will cancel your incorrect order if a change needs to be made for your order within 24 hours before being shipped. Then you can place a new correct order.

8. How can I make a return or exchange?


If you are not really satisfied with your purchase ( size confusion or colors) when it arrive, we will be pleasure to accept a return for appropriate refund or exchange for a replacement.


9. I never received my order, what shall I do now?

If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact us in times, then, we will help check the order and give you reply asap. Meanwhile, we will give you the tracking number. you can usty the tracking number to look ofr the tracking information.


10. Why I can’t see the refund on my account?


As soon as your request is accepted, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Please check your account firstly then. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. But about the exact time that the refund gets to your account, please call your credit card company.


18. Is there any chance I can contact with your company through telephone?
